The Discovery Scuba Diving class is designed to give those people that are curious about Scuba Diving a chance to don the equipment, get a little knowledge (to insure safety) and experience the wonder of Scuba Diving.
The first thing that you do in the Discovery Scuba Diving (DSD) is to get a briefing on what you are going to do and the safe way to do them. At this time we have you fill out a Medical questionnaire and sign a Release from Liability forms. If you think that you might have a medical condition that might prevent you from diving come by Scuba Magic and get a copy of the form for you to review and, if needed, have your Doctor sign a release form.
After you have all the safety stuff taken care of we gear you up with a PADI Professional and get you in the Pool to do a couple of basic Diving skills. After you are done with the skills we will have you swim around for awhile and enjoy the feeling of freedom that Scuba Diving has to offer.
