Course Overview:
This course covers the knowledge and procedures required to partial pressure blend Enriched air (Nitrox) and Trimix, including how to O2 clean the cylinders, regulators and filling system for high oxygen blends.
Prerequisites for course:
1. 18 years old
2. PADI Enriched air diver or equivalent certification from a recognized agency
What the course will cover:
1. How to Blend Nitrox through different methods including partial pressure blending.
2. How to Oxygen clean cylinders for PP blending
3. Safe handling of O2
4. Gas calculations for PP blending
5. Actual gas blending to within 1% of intended mix
