Open Water certification dives are done at Lake Pleasant and will usually be done on the weekend following the Open Water class. The cost is $279 on the scheduled weekend but can also be set up as a private. This includes gear rental, tank and weights

Advance and Specialty training certification is available on all trips.
Catalina:
All trip pricing is based on Double Occupancy. Single room travel is usually available for an added cost. Let us know at the time you reserve your slot and we will do our best to make it happen. The earlier you book the better chance we have of filling your request.
Option one- Here is your chance to do some Wreck diving and apply the theory's and procedures you learned in the classroom on some real Wrecks; without having to fly. The travel plan is to leave the Shop on Friday morning and do dive two dives each on Saturday afternoon and Sunday morning, then return by Sunday evening. The Yukon is perfect for training on how to safely penetrate a Wreck and overhead environments.
Option two- The travel plan is to leave the Shop on Friday morning and do dive two dives each on Friday afternoon and Saturday morning. Saturday afternoon and Sunday morning can be spent exploring San Diego. We'll be returning by Sunday evening.
The shop van will be available for this trip ($75 per person).
Scuba Vacations
Specialty Training dive cost depends on the number of dives required for the Specialty Certification. The cost of travel to Lake Pleasant is $49 per day. We, PADI and Scuba Magic, allow a maximum of 3 training dives in one day. This cost is in addition to the fee for the Specialty Certification and includes tanks and weights.
Discovery Local Diving is offered to those who are interested in diving locally with a Scuba Magic PADI Professional. The $49 cost includes the use of weights and the rental of two 80cf tanks along with a Diving Professional to help insure safety and a pleasant diving experience. Contact us directly to schedule a date and time for this experience.
All trips require a $100 reservation deposit (or 20%, whichever is greater). Deposit is forfeit if the trip is canceled, by you, less that 2 weeks prior. Deposits or paid for trips will be refunded if canceled by Scuba Magic because of too few divers.

Here is how our trips normally run- We leave from the Scuba Magic shop parking lot at 6AM on Friday and return Monday at 4PM. We will be staying at the Marina Terra Resort, located right on the harbor. The dives are planned for one local dive on Friday, three at Seal Island on Saturday and two local dives on Sunday as well as a Sunday Night dive. Get in some great warm water diving at a Great price.
4 Dive Option:
Can't miss 2 days of work or just want to come down to do your Open Water check out Dives? Try the 4 dive option with 1 dive on Friday and 3 dives on Saturday. Leave on Sunday- plenty of time to get back for the Monday morning work day.
